What We Do

At Pfamily Tree,  we encourage an active and independent senior lifestyle that features memory care and mental stimulation in a loving, extended family atmosphere. Our small town community environment is rich in daily interaction with activities such as arts and crafts, exercise, reading and much more. Residents are provided fresh home cooked meals day. 

The 24 hour site staff ensures that all residents are treated with dignity and respect and most importantly as individuals.

            To protect the health, safety and well being of our residents, we ensure that our home meets the Health & Safety Standards required by Texas Department of Aging and Disibility Services

Resident Eligibility:

* 60 years of age and older.

* Requires assistance with personal care

* Ambulatory

* May be confused or incontinent

* Recuperating from hospitaliztion or surgery

* In need of respite care

Our facility will not deny services to anyone based on race or nationality

Fees:

Will be based on level of care and services required by the resident.
